Minoti's sand softshell jacket for boys is covered in vintage aeroplanes in blue, green and beige, with a fixed hood and a full-length zip. Softshell moves with him on a climbing frame or a scooter, where a stiffer jacket would pull across the shoulders. Because the hood is sewn in, it is there when a shower arrives rather than left at home. The zip runs the whole length, so getting in and out is quick, and elasticated cuffs and hem hold the jacket in place when he reaches or stretches.
